SBR is produced form styrene and butadiene by low-temperature emulsion polymerization. Compared natural rubber, SBR has uniform quality and is particularly excellent in heat resistance and wear resistance. It is widely used in tires, shoes, and industrial products.
SBR is molded, packaged, and turned into products through the mixing of monomer and emulsifier by emulsion polymerization, reaction at low temperature for latex production, and recovery of unreacted monomers followed by coagulation and drying.
